Terms
While net 30 terms are commonly used, we also accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval).

All orders with net 30 terms must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to Pneumatic Integrators at 1-714-921-9955. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer.

Refunds
Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

No refunds or returns on cylinders, actuators, or special order items.

All products sold by Pneumatic Integrators are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. No returns will be accepted of used items!

Wire Transfer
All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information +1-714-660-0100). Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed. Orders under $1000 are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Orders over $1000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 5% discount. Orders over $5000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 10% discount.

Exchanges
Pneumatic Integrators will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.
